This product (and the trippi hippie vape) was my first time trying Blue Lotus. It gives a great full body relaxation with a subtle euphoria. To me this feels somewhat similar to a light dose of edible cannabis without the heady-ness, great for after work or before bed when you want to unwind and relax.

Just a small amount is all that is necessary like the tip of a golf tee! Just a pinch! Helps fall asleep as well achieve vivid dreams and sense of well being etc. Will get again!

As for the FS-33, it's very helpful for depression and has a stimulating edge to it. So much so that if I take it early in the day I get the jitters a little bit but after that passes, I'm golden and more social.

I started using kanna just a few months ago but wanted to try this because I love all 3 in one and really wanted to give it a try. I'm super happy with the results.
