This is great on its own but mixing it with the VU3 is amazing.

Nice middle of the road extract, similar to the VU3 which I think I prefer a little bit better but just a matter of preference. To be honest most of them are quite similar in effects and really only need only 3; high mesembrine, high mesembrenone, and a balanced middle of the road. But overall, this is a great one to try if you like balanced effects.

I found out about kanna several months ago and thought, wow I've been missing out. I'm restricted due to my job from using anything that helps with sleep or just overall well being.they don't even want us to have medical Marijuana cards. Im in Florida. This product has helped me with sleep,and with stress due to the unexpected death of my beautiful white husky. The few different brands of Mt-55 I've tried leads me back to Healing Herbals. This company always comes through with the quality. So I recommend this company if you want to try kanna extract.

Real nice balanced extract. Plan to keep this one on hand with some of the others. A good place to start if you are new to extracts and not sure what to try. Can mix with some of the others to tone them down if needed. While the enclosed spoon works great in a pinch, having a mg scale lets you dial in your dose every time.

I like to use plain kanna either by itself or combine with extracts for the "entourage" effect. This one is non fermented and higher on the mesembrine side so good to use during the day, good stuff!

Really enjoy the FS-33, it’s a great value and has well balanced effects. The best of both worlds but finishes off more relaxing. I find it helps me with sleep at night! Overall I prefer this extract at night time via day time. My only complaint is I ran out and need more. Lol

I love this company and the kanna they sell is top notch. Mt55 is a nice uplifting kanna and for me it is an all around good day time variety.

I really like this one, nice balanced effects, relaxing and uplifting at the same time, puts you in zone to get stuff done.
