We understand the importance of timely delivery. Our orders are fulfilled every Monday. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. On average, packages are delivered within 1-5 business days. Rest assured, we do everything in our power to get your Healing Herbals products to you as swiftly as possible. Same day shipping is not a money-back guarantee.
Will I Receive Tracking for My Package?
Absolutely! Once your shipping label is created, you'll receive tracking information. This way, you can stay updated on the journey of your Healing Herbals package, from our facility to your doorstep.

While we strive for efficiency, sometimes delays occur that are beyond our control. Once your package is with USPS, there can be unforeseen circumstances affecting delivery times. Loss Of Package Due To Postal service Loss:
Will be handled on a case by case. We do advise if you are worried to contact us about purchasing shipping insurance especially when ordering internationally to certain areas. We will do what we can to help and compensate for inconveniences but ultimately the purchaser needs to be aware of the risk associated with the postals service and take full responsibility for any loss of package or tracking stopping due to a postal service. We will take this case by case and see to compensating were we can but you do take on the risk as a buyer that a postal service doesn’t have a 100% track record and can it can be possible for them your package. After we provide them your package it is ultimately in your hands to troubleshoot with the postal service.
