While all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time, our team is always here to help if something isn’t quite right. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right. If you are granted a refund under your request you may be required to pay a restocking and handling fee. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
