I don’t seem like a very good recipient for the particular active molecules in blue lotus. I tried smoking, and I tried a tea of 5g (185F, 15 minute steep). I don’t get the relaxation or euphoria, maybe a slight warming sensation. But even at 1g as a tea, it gives me long and vivid dreams. The taste of blue lotus is quite bitter, I hear it’s the stamens, and that petals alone would make it smoother. I had a touch of milk and a bit of sugar to reduce the bitterness and make it more palatable.

I purchased this product not really knowing what to expect. I have a bit of anxiety and deal with ADHD and have been looking for holistic methods of managing the symptoms. The product is advertised as tea but I often smoke blue lotus petals in the form of joints or out of a pipe. The smoke is really smooth and did not burn my lungs. Each puff helped me sink deeper into a relaxed state with feelings of euphoria, and peace. The chaos that is usually taking place in my head was quieted down and I am able to focus on my tasks as well as aiding in my creative process. I highly recommend giving this product a try.

This was my first time ever trying kava in pure form. It is great it has great anxiety relief and is great de stressed without being to sedative. I will be trying different strains this one was a great overall full body which i like.
