The plants. Our catalog is anchored by a handful of traditional botanicals:

• Kanna, Sceletium tortuosum, the Karoo succulent with mesembrine and mesembrenone

Dosing overview. With this many plants there is no shared serving; each product page states its own and that is the number to follow. As general habits: weigh extract powders on a milligram scale, take kava away from meals, give amanita two to three hours, steep teas at one to two teaspoons per 8 oz, and take mushroom and adaptogen products as a daily routine. Learn one product at a time before combining anything.

What to expect. Users describe kanna as lifted and present, kava as relaxed with a numb mouth, blue lotus as dreamy, amanita as heavy and slow, dagga as mellow, and the mushrooms, adaptogens and tea herbs as quiet companions judged over weeks rather than minutes. Formats change the timing more than the character: sprays and diffusers in minutes, tinctures in half an hour, powders and capsules in an hour, gummies a little later.

Side effects and cautions. Across the catalog the common signal of too much is nausea, headache or drowsiness, and the answer is always to reduce.
