Amanita Pantherina Caps

Amanita Pantherina

In small preparations of dry tissue approx. the dimension of a quarter which I would say is under 1g maybe the lower end being .5g, (which is what a main result of preparation recommended for making panther or muscaria tea)I have flash steeped it in boiling water allowing it only enough cook time until the water fully cooled down. Naturally adding lemon juice, however online sources say the lower or more acidic the PH of the tea/tincture/solvent the more the reaction of ibotenic acid to Muscimol may occur. My first attempt I boiled it for quite some time and a small swig made me drowsy. But now that I have only flash boiled(bringing it to a boil and then immediately removing heat source for cooling) it and steeped it like tea, without filtering the mushroom tissue out, it seems more uplifting and very similar experience. I just through about a quarter sized amount of cap into a miniskillet with a few tablespoons of lemon and a bit of water for the process of flash boiling it. In all was left with a double shot of lemon, water and mushroom solution. I feel great. I feel relaxed, no Ill effects no severe effects in this small amount. The blemish of anxiety is not existent in the new plateau of mind I am plugged into. There is no fear, no paranoia, no danger looming nor PTSD in this Infantry veterans complex of thought. I feel the effect as though I have entered a safe space mentally or have returned from a field of thorns and thicket back into a meadow of bloom and beauty.
The white puffball mushroom helped me sleep, and also feel my mind repair. The wild reishi mushroom I blended, boiled thoroughly with also lemon juice and filtered was alleviating of inflammation, helped the body seem to relax. It supposedly reishi, has a bleeding risk especially for those prone to it. Upon drinking it considerably over a few days I had nosebleeds. However it seemed to be a preamble to repair as I've had severe concussion in the Marine Corps, I believe it relieved brain fog and possibly brain inflammation but this is just an inference.

History of Kanna

This revered herb, indigenous to South Africa, has played a
significant role in the lives of the local people, particularly the
Khoikhoi and the San tribes, since prehistoric times. These tribes,
initially hunter-gatherers, used Kanna for various purposes including
relief from thirst and hunger, to combat fatigue, and for social and
spiritual purposes. They had a profound connection with the plant,
associating it with the sacred eland antelope and referring to it by the
same name: 'kanna'.

The first isolation of an alkaloid from Sceletium tortuosum was in 1898 by
Meiring, who called it mesembrine. This discovery led to a deeper
understanding of the plant's chemical composition, though its exact
composition remains elusive.

Kanna's long-standing history
reflects its significance in South African culture and its evolving role
in global herbal medicine and recreational use. From its traditional
roots to modern applications, Kanna has remained a plant of great
interest and value.
