Empty Vegetable Capsules, Size 0 are the capsules we fill our own extract capsules with. Size 0 holds roughly 400 to 500mg of a typical powder, which is the right size for a kanna, kava or mushroom extract dose. Plant-based (HPMC), no gelatin, clear, tasteless.

Filling tip. Fluffy leaf powders hold less than dense extracts. If you want an exact dose, weigh ten filled capsules on a milligram scale and divide.

Common questions

• Size 0 or 00? Size 0 is the smaller of the two and the easier one to swallow. It suits extract doses. Size 00 is for bulk herb powders where you need a bigger fill.
• Are they vegan? Yes, HPMC is plant cellulose.
