Home Gummy Kit is the full set for making your own botanical gummies without hunting down five separate ingredients. Gummy pectin for the set, our ready-to-use gummy syrup for the base and flavor, citric acid to set the pectin and sour the coating, tapioca starch for dusting, and silicone molds with droppers to fill. You bring the extract.

What is in the box

• 4 oz slow-set gummy pectin
• 16 oz gummy base syrup
• 1 oz food-grade citric acid
• 1 lb tapioca starch
• 2 silicone 50-cavity molds with droppers

Enough for. Several batches of 100. The molds and most of the starch will still be there when the pectin runs out.

Basic method. Warm the gummy syrup until it flows, whisk in pectin that has been blended with a little sugar so it does not clump, bring to about 220F, take it off the heat, stir in your extract and a teaspoon of citric acid dissolved in warm water, fill the molds with the dropper, and let them set at room temperature. Dust with tapioca if they are tacky. Make a small test batch first, every extract changes the set a little.
