Why these sell: a quick guide to our most reordered products

These 16 listings are the products customers reorder most, and together they are a fair map of what Healing Herbals is known for: kanna in its fastest and most precise forms, blue lotus rolled and whole, A-grade amanita caps and noble kava. Every one of them is made or packed in small batches, the standardized extracts are lab tested, kanna is sourced through South African San Council benefit-sharing partnerships and kava comes from independent Pacific farmers. If you only try one thing from each plant, it is probably on this page. The kava collection holds the rest of that range. Two newer entries here are the high potency blue lotus diffuser and the kanna vape disposable. Our top botanicals of 2026 post explains why these plants keep coming up.

The plants. Kanna, Sceletium tortuosum, the Karoo succulent chewed and fermented by the San, carries mesembrine, the brighter alkaloid, and mesembrenone, the calmer one, and our best sellers cover both profiles. Blue lotus, Nymphaea caerulea, the Egyptian water lily, carries nuciferine and aporphine. Amanita muscaria, the red-and-white fly agaric of northern forests, carries ibotenic acid that careful drying converts to muscimol. Kava, Piper methysticum, the Pacific root shared for three thousand years, carries six kavalactones.

How to choose.

Dosing overview. Follow the serving on each product page. Start the nasal spray with a single spray and wait ten to fifteen minutes; weigh the powders on a milligram scale, start low and wait two hours; treat one pre-roll or one cup of lotus as a serving; prepare amanita caps exactly as the page describes and wait two to three hours; take micronized kava away from meals and wait half an hour. Learn each product on its own before pairing any two.

What to expect. Users describe RAVE and MZQ as lifted, social and present, BLOOM as balanced, MELLOW as melty and easygoing, blue lotus as soft and dreamy, amanita as heavy, slow and unhurried, and micronized kava as relaxed with a tingling mouth. Sprays are quick and short, powders and kava last a few hours, and amanita is an evening on its own.

Side effects and cautions. Too much kanna brings nausea, headache or jitters that fade as it clears; too much lotus a dry mouth; too much kava nausea and drowsiness; too much amanita nausea, sweating and vivid dreams.

  • Kanna must never be combined with SSRIs, SNRIs, MAOIs, triptans, tramadol or St. John's Wort
