Mad Honey - High Potency

This is our stronger batch. Same rare rhododendron cliff honey, higher potency, so take an even smaller dab. Mad honey comes from bees that forage on wild rhododendron blossoms high in the mountains. That nectar gives the honey its reddish tint and its famously sharp, throat-tingling finish, and it has been traded across Nepal and the Black Sea region for centuries. This is a rare specialty honey, not the jar from your grocery aisle.

A little goes a long way, and with the high potency batch even less. Tradition says take it by the small dab, so we packed ours in a 25g taster jar. You get to experience something genuinely rare without committing to a big pot.
