Vitamin B12 Supplement

Vitamin B12 Supplement A high-purity vitamin B12 powder in a clean, highly absorbable form, made for people who want a straightforward daily vitamin without the crash that follows caffeine or synthetic stimulants. B12 contributes to normal energy metabolism, which is why it sits at the foundation of so many daily stacks, and the powder format lets you measure it into capsules or a morning drink. Offered in a 5 grams jar.

• Measured in micrograms; weigh on a milligram scale or dilute into a carrier
• Take it in the morning
• Offered in a 5 grams jar

The herb. B12 is not a plant; it is cobalamin, the only vitamin built around a cobalt atom and the largest, most complex vitamin molecule known. No plant or animal makes it; bacteria do, and it reaches people through animal foods or fortified products, which is why vegans and vegetarians are the group most likely to supplement. Its structure was solved by Dorothy Hodgkin, who won a Nobel Prize for the work.

Active content. B12 is water-soluble, so the body stores what it needs in the liver and passes the surplus, and a tiny amount of powder is a full serving.

Dosage, first time. Weigh a very small amount on a milligram scale and dissolve it in water or a morning drink, or capsule it. Because B12 is measured in micrograms, a visible pinch is far more than a serving; dilute it into a carrier if your scale cannot read that low. Take it in the morning.

Regular use. Most people take a fixed small amount once daily as part of a vitamin stack. Consistency matters more than size, since the body stores B12 and draws on it over months.

What to expect. Users describe steadier energy and a more even day without any stimulant edge, especially people on plant-based diets. It is not a quick pick-me-up. It pairs well with our NAD+ for a daily stack.

Side effects. B12 is well tolerated; documented effects at larger amounts include mild digestive upset, headache and, in some people, acne-like breakouts. Reduce the amount; stop if discomfort continues.

Interactions and cautions. Consult a professional before use if you take metformin or stomach acid reducers, which are documented to lower B12 absorption, or any medication. Consult a professional if pregnant or nursing.

Ingredients and storage. Vitamin B12 powder, high purity, vegan. Store sealed in a cool, dark, dry place; B12 is light-sensitive, so an opaque jar keeps it stable.
