Capsule Filling Machine, Size 00 is the manual 100-hole filler we use for small runs. Load the empty capsule halves, spread powder over the plate with the included spreader, tamp, press the tops on. A hundred capsules in about ten minutes once you have the rhythm.

What it is. A three-plate manual capsule filler. The base plate holds 100 capsule bodies, the middle plate holds the powder while you spread and tamp, and the top plate holds the caps and presses them on in one motion. No power, no moving parts to break, and it stores flat in a drawer.

How to use it. Separate the capsules, drop the long halves into the base plate and the short caps into the top plate. Pour your powder on, sweep it across with the spreader until every hole is full, tamp, top up, then bring the cap plate down and press. Pop them out and dust them off. Dry powders that flow well fill fastest. Sticky or very fine extracts fill better cut with a little dried leaf powder.
