Functions
Functions
Our nasal sprays draw on the power of Sceletium tortuosum with two distinct options: High Mesembrine (Energizing) and High Mesembrenone (Relaxing). The High Mesembrine variant, rich in the uplifting Mesembrine alkaloid, supports mood enhancement and energy by engaging brain receptors, perfect for a natural boost. The High Mesembrenone variant, loaded with the calming Mesembrenone alkaloid, promotes relaxation and stress relief, ideal for unwinding. Both offer rapid absorption through nasal delivery for faster results compared to traditional supplements, providing versatile, high-potency wellness in a convenient spray.
How to use
How to use
For both High Mesembrine (Energizing) and High Mesembrenone (Relaxing) Nasal Sprays, start with 1-2 sprays per nostril, adjusting based on your desired effect—energy or calm. Inhale lightly after each spray to draw the mist in comfortably, avoiding a forceful inhale. Shake the bottle gently before use for even distribution. Apply as needed throughout the day, depending on your goal.
Warning: Double and triple strength versions of both sprays contain higher alkaloid levels for stronger effects—Mesembrine for energy, Mesembrenone for relaxation. If new to these or using a higher strength, begin with one spray to assess tolerance. Avoid overuse, and store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Consult a healthcare professional if unsure.
Ingredients
Ingredients
Our nasal sprays are crafted with a blend of saline solution, citric acid, and either premium high Mesembrine or premium high Mesembrenone extract from Sceletium tortuosum. The saline solution ensures gentle delivery, while citric acid preserves freshness. Premium high Mesembrine extract powers the Energizing spray with its uplifting alkaloid, and premium high Mesembrenone extract drives the Relaxing spray with its soothing alkaloid. Each component is third-party tested for purity, potency, and safety.
Clinical Evidence
Clinical Evidence
Studies on Sceletium tortuosum suggest it supports mood, reduces anxiety, and aids well-being, thanks to alkaloids like Mesembrine and Mesembrenone. Research shows it lowers stress and boosts mood (Reay et al., 2020, Human Psychopharmacology), with brain imaging indicating reduced anxiety activity (Terburg et al., 2013, Neuropsychopharmacology). Mesembrine offers energizing effects, while Mesembrenone promotes relaxation (Manganyi et al., 2021, Molecules). These studies used oral doses, unlike our nasal sprays, which may act faster but lack specific data. Evidence is promising but needs more research.

All ingredients in our High Mesembrine (Energizing) and High Mesembrenone (Relaxing) Nasal Sprays undergo comprehensive third-party testing. This ensures exceptional purity, potency, and safety, with thorough checks for microbiological content, residual solvents, and heavy metals. Whether it’s the uplifting Mesembrine or calming Mesembrenone extract from Sceletium tortuosum, alongside saline solution and citric acid, every batch meets rigorous quality standards for your confidence and peace of mind.

Healing Herbals triple strength nasal spray is perfect for on the go and a little goes along way. I have already ordered 4 bottles and I will be ordering more. I really love this company they are the only website that sells the nasal spray. I tried the mt55 (regular strength) and that one was great aswell but with triple strength I only need two sprays max and the effects are wonderful with long lasting afterglow. I will continue to get my extracts, nasal sprays and a few more products through Healing Herbals because they have really good products at good prices and customer care is on point.🙏❤️
Bought this specifically after reading reviews and some research articles regarding Kanna and premature ejaculation. The Healing Herbals nose spray did not disappoint. I’ve now used it 4 times and each time I’ve been able to last longer with my partner, tonight was the longest I’ve ever lasted in my entire life, we were able to go for over 30min without having to stop-start.
The feeling itself of the “come up” is pretty intense and I’d describe it as a very mild psychedelic experience, but not in a negative way. I’ve throughly enjoyed it, and will absolutely purchase again.
Kanna Extract Nasal Spray (High Mesembrine) [Day Time]
Hello. Yes the kanna worked well. But I didn't really like the way it made me feel. I want to try a different kind though. As far as getting what I paid for I give you guys a great rating. Besides it taking forever to get here. I want to try a different kind of kanna from your website eventually. See if I can find the right one that works for me.

Kanna and Quality
Healing Herbals commitment extends through sustainable and ethical sourcing of Sceletium tortuosum. We ensure that our plant material is organically grown, without the use of synthetic chemicals, and sourced either from well-managed farms or sustainably maintained wild ecosystems on private lands.
In alignment with our ethical practices, our main suppliers participate in fair sharing agreements with the indigenous San and Khoikhoi communities including the South African San Council. These are the traditional knowledge holders of Sceletium.
Additionally our suppliers are authorized by the Western Province Department of Cape Nature to distribute and export Sceletium globally
History of Kanna
This revered herb, indigenous to South Africa, has played a significant role in the lives of the local people, particularly the Khoikhoi and the San tribes, since prehistoric times. These tribes, initially hunter-gatherers, used Kanna for various purposes including relief from thirst and hunger, to combat fatigue, and for social and spiritual purposes. They had a profound connection with the plant, associating it with the sacred eland antelope and referring to it by the same name: 'Kanna'.
The first isolation of an alkaloid from Sceletium tortuosum was in 1898 by Meiring, who called it mesembrine. This discovery led to a deeper understanding of the plant's chemical composition, though its exact composition remains elusive.
Kanna's long-standing history reflects its significance in South African culture and its evolving role in global herbal medicine and recreational use. From its traditional roots to modern applications, Kanna has remained a plant of great interest and value.
