The herb. Kanna (Sceletium tortuosum) is a Karoo succulent chewed and fermented by the San and Khoikhoi, carrying mesembrine and mesembrenone. The organic reishi here is Ganoderma Sichuanese; chaga (Inonotus obliquus) is the Siberian birch conk; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) is a West Coast wildflower.
