Kanna aromatherapy refill Juice

Kanna aromatherapy refill Juice This 2oz bottle is our alcohol-free kanna tincture, a full-spectrum Sceletium tortuosum liquid carried in pure vegetable glycerin so it works two ways: as a sublingual tincture dropped under the tongue or stirred into a drink, and as a refill for an aromatherapy device. It is made from organically grown, sustainably harvested kanna leaf, and each bottle is built from 14 grams of our field grown kanna, so the strength comes from the plant itself rather than an isolated alkaloid. Our kanna is grown through benefit-sharing partnerships with the South African San Council, the traditional custodians of Sceletium knowledge.

The herb. Kanna is Sceletium tortuosum, a low succulent of the Aizoaceae family from the Karoo, the dry heart of South Africa. The San and Khoikhoi peoples chewed and fermented it for generations, and its name comes from their word for the eland antelope. The leaf carries a related set of alkaloids, mesembrine, mesembrenone, delta-7-mesembrenone and mesembranol, and a full-spectrum glycerin extraction pulls all of them into the liquid in roughly the balance the plant grew them.

Active content. This is a whole-leaf tincture, so its strength is stated by plant weight rather than a percentage: each 2oz bottle holds the extract of 14 grams of field grown kanna, which works out so that 3 to 9 full droppers (3 to 9 ml) carry the equivalent of about .7 g to 2.1 g of leaf. No alkaloid percentage is stated, so we do not quote one. Because it is full-spectrum, you get mesembrine's brighter, uplifting side together with the calmer, more body-focused mesembrenone and delta-7-mesembrenone, which is why users describe the feel as rounded and easy.

Dosage, first time. Start with 1 dropper. For sublingual use, squeeze it under the tongue, hold it there for a minute or so, then swallow, or mix the dropper into a beverage of your choice. Sublingual glycerin absorbs quickly, so expect the first signs within the first half hour. If you have not reached the effect you were looking for after 1 hour or more, the listing allows doubling to 2 droppers for the next serving, while paying attention to your own tolerance and response.

Regular use. Once you know your response, the stated working range is 3 to 9 full droppers, which is 3 to 9 ml, and most regular users find their spot at the lower end and stay there. Kanna's feel shifts with food, rest and tolerance; hold at the serving that works and never exceed 9 droppers.

What to expect. Users describe this glycerin kanna tincture as a gentle, warm, easygoing calm with a clear head and an open, social mood, softer than a standardized extract and quicker than tea. It suits people who want an alcohol-free liquid they can carry, dose by the dropper and take discreetly, or who use a refillable aromatherapy device. It is not a high-potency format. If you prefer an alcohol base for faster absorption, see our Kanna Tincture Alcohol Based 2oz, and to buy this liquid in volume see the Kanna Bulk Tincture and Aromatherapy Refill.

Side effects. Kanna's side effects follow the dose. Too many droppers in a sitting can bring mild nausea, a headache, a jittery feeling or a smaller appetite; cut the next serving back or skip it, drink water, and it passes as the kanna clears.
