Double-Sided Micro Scoops (5-10 mg / 25-35 mg)

Double-Sided Micro Scoops are the little measuring spoons we use in-house every day to portion extract powders. One end holds about 5 to 10 milligrams of a typical powder, the other end about 25 to 35 milligrams, so a single scoop covers a small starting measure and a larger one without reaching for a scale. They are the easiest way to portion a strong kanna extract, a lotus or kava extract, or any fine powder where a kitchen spoon is far too big.

What it is. A small double-ended plastic scoop with a bowl at each end. The small bowl is for concentrated extracts where a few milligrams matters. The larger bowl is for leaf and root powders or for filling capsules. Both are level-scoop measures, not lab instruments.

How to use it. Dip, level off against the rim of the jar, and tip out. A level scoop is a starting point, not an exact weight. Powder density varies a lot, so a scoop of fluffy leaf powder weighs less than the same scoop of dense extract. If you want real numbers, weigh five scoops of your powder on a pocket scale once, divide by five, and you know what your scoop holds for that product. We drop one into most extract orders so customers have a sensible way to start small.
