I love the kana that thees people have made. the kana has lab testing and is truly a good product. Shout out to the OG creators of this business. Alot of theys herbs are great for harm reduction and mentle health disorders, not to mention that its all natural. It shipped fast and it is a great mixer with other goodies. It gives you a lot of eforia and energy. I do wish that I bought a stronger dose and that I bought more. But other than that big shout out to healing herbals

I eat the caps at around 100mg up to 250mg once in the morning. Bonus info, if you scrape out the gills and eat just the red layer of flesh, then it is significant less weight, with same amount of goods, thus amplifying effect, through quicker absorbsion. It also reduces nausea. This extract I would estimate 60% to 65% actives in the resin. I would agree with 15:1, this one is the one to go to if you want to fell muscimol and not the ibotenic. What's weird is, I've had muscimol isolate that was synthetic and it was really strong and for some reason was not what I was used to for muscimol. So it seems even half a mg of ibotenic, way below active dose still colors the muscimol experience. This product is like a good full decarbed tea. It's ultra relaxing. It aid sleep, pain, and it also can make boring TV shows decent. For me it helps me significantly reduce my benzodiazepine intake. It's great for anxiety and just anadoctal experience has been muscimol reduces tolerance to benzos, stopping the need for escalated doses. It's been a life saver, and a gram has lasted me about a month, I'm down to 250mg now, which fortunately is still about 12 to 20 doses for me. Will be buying again!

The actual products are superior quality. I’m not sure if there’s a faster shipping option though. I went with standard usps and it took about 3 weeks. Next time I’ll try to do a faster route

This is my first time ordering blue lotus resin from any online vendor, and I have to say, I will certainly be ordering other products along with this again. The product and packaging were in good comdition it comes in a glass container inside of a sealed pouch with the Healing Herbals logo, which I also find to be visually appealing.

I recommend starting with one flat scoop from the larger side of the included spoon or a bit less. Gives a nice feeling of wellbeing and a little bit of body sensation without a feeling of impairment. I have heard that taking too much can feel uncomfortable so don't be a dummy.

VU3 Kanna Sceletium Tortuosum Extract

wish you guys looked into Passion Flower combos more. It's really an amazing plant. Rolled Passion flower loose leaf mixed with kanna powder, dipped in blue lotus extract is great. Sometimes I mix with cats claw which has a noticeable nmda antaognism.

On it's own, I feel blue lotus loose leaf more than kanna loose leaf

Great extract at a reduced priced! Very similar effects to some of the more expensive extracts at nearly half the cost. This company and all of their products are top notch!
